CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with us, please contact us by phone, text or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you call and do not reach us, please leave a message on our secure voicemail system.
If we do not hear from you within this time frame, and you do not keep your appointment, the missed appointment policy will be applied.
NOTE: We recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.); therefore the therapist may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.

MISSED APPOINTMENT POLICY
When you book an appointment with me, that time is allotted for you – and ONLY you. I do my best to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that massage therapists only get paid when they deliver treatment. Consequently, missed appointments are costly and prevent us from providing treatment to other clients. It is almost impossible to fill a missed appointment last minute, and that is why we ask that you give a minimum of 24 hours, or more is appreciated.
OUR POLICY IS SIMPLE.
If you DO NOT show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the FULL COST of the treatment as booked. You will be required to have paid for the missed appointment before being allowed to rebook any further appointments.
